Preparing Your Skin For Winter



Winter time is here!


We have slowly started to unpack our sweaters and begun sipping on Pumpkin Spice Lattes, but most of us haven't even thought about preparing our skin for winter! When the season changes, your skin care routine needs to as well.



Here are some tips that can help!


Examine Your Skin Care Routine

The products you have been using this summer may not be the best choices for drier skin in the winter time. Is your skin getting enough moisture? Is dryness causing breakouts? We have excellent skin care products for you to try out. Call for a consultation.


Monthly Facials

Incorporate regular facials into your routine. A little extra pampering will go a long way! Not to mention that you totally deserve a little extra "me time!"

Exfoliate

Removing dead skin cells will help make your skin more radiant and absorb moisturizer more effectively. Remember to exfoliate your face and your body! Is it time for a pedicure? We can help with that as well!


Hydrate

We lose moisture in the chilly months too! Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. At least 8 glasses a day.
